TERMS OF SERVICE
➠ By purchasing a commission you are automatically accepting all the terms and conditions of the service.

➠ It is completely forbidden to copy, recolor, edit, trace the drawing or using IA over the drawing. Removing the product watermark is also prohibited. You cannot claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

➠ My work is for personal or private use only, which means I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial or profit purposes.

➠ If you want to own the rights to the drawing for commercial use, the rights price will be double the original commission price. I will also be compulsorily credited for the drawing.

➠ Full payment is done in advance for security reasons

➠ If the character design contains many details, a tax may be applied depending on the complexity. It may be from 1 USD to 3 USD

➠ You can ask for a refund if the drawing is still in the sketch phase. As soon the lineart phase is started, you can't request a refund.

➠ As an artist, I continue to hold all absolute rights to my works; this includes posting the work on my social media, adding it as part of my portfolio, etc.

➠ I reserve the right to refuse your order, if I don't feel comfortable or if I can't work on it.

➠ The references of how you want the drawing are mandatory since I can't work if you don't tell me exactly what you want (character, clothing, expression, pose, hairstyle, accessories, etc.).

➠ It can take up to 1 month to make the commission for personal reasons. Be patient.

➠ Any editing can be done during the sketch, lineart and base colors phase; Once the base colors are approved I start working on the coloring ➝ background. No edits can be made once I start the coloring phase, so keep that in mind. I'll send a sketch preview first, then for lineart, and finally for spot colors. (These WIPs will be shipped with a watermark as a precaution.)
