TERMS OF SERVICE

❝ GENERAL ❞➠ If you want a different type of commission that isn't present in the examples it is negotiable through direct communication➠ By hiring me, you are agreeing you have read all the terms and conditions of service shown below, and agreed to them.
➠ I reserve the right to reject your commission if I do not feel comfortable or if I cannot get it done.

❝ PAYMENT AND FEES ❞➠ The prices shown in the services section are established for personal use commissions and must be payed in USD.

➠ Full payment is required prior to start working on your commission.
In the case that a commission exceeds 200 USD, partial payments can be negotiated
--
➠ A fee may be applied depending on the complexity of the work.
--
➠ The price per extra character will be double the base price of the requested commission
--
➠ Any editing can be done during the “sketch”, “lineart” and “base colors” phase. in case you request any changes to be done in the illustration after the “base colors” phase has been finished, each change will have an additional cost depending on the complexity of what you want to change.

➠ If you need your commission in advance or for a specific day, an additional fee may be included depending on the date and commissions I am currently working on, as well as my availability.


❝ USE AND COPYRIGHT ❞➠ As an artist, I still own all the rights of my works; This includes being able to publish the work on my social networks, whether they are finished or not, adding them as part of my portfolio, etc.

➠If you want the process of the work to be kept in private, as well keeping its publication until a specific date, it is necessary to mention it beforehand. If you want to keep your commission completely private, you will be charged a fee equal to double the total price of your commission.

➠ It is allowed:
Publish and use the drawing (as an icon, banner, etc.) as long as I am credited. This is MANDATORY.
Print it on paper or objects for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

➠ It is strictly prohibited to do the following with my art:
Edit/modify
Recolor, trace or copy
Use AI over the drawing
Remove the watermark
Use it for other purposes not discussed beforehand
Use it for NFTs, cryptocurrencies and related

➠ My work is for personal or private use only, therefore I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial nor profitable purposes. If you wish to own the rights to the drawing for commercial use, continue to the “commercial use” section.

If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the service, you will be blacklisted and I will not work with you again.


❝ COMMERCIAL USE ❞Please consider the following: when purchasing commercial use of the illustration, final commission price will be multiplied.➠If you want to keep a commission completely private, a fee will be applied.
◉ Price: Two (2) times the total price of your commission.

➠ Basic commercial use: Acquire the rights of the drawing to be able to use it for promotions, streaming, VTuber branding, thumbnails, videos, MVS, etc.
In this section, credits to me for my art are still obligatory.

➠Advanced commercial use: Acquire the rights of the drawing to use it for merchandise.In this section, credits to me for my art are highly appreciated but not mandatory.

➠ PNGtubers are acquired along with “basic commercial use"; if you want to purchase “advanced commercial use” specifically, you must buy for it.

❝ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ❞➠ It might take up to 6 months or more to complete the commission depending on its difficulty to get it done. Be patient.

➠ You will receive a version with a transparent background (PNG) and a version with a flat background colored to the pleasure (JPG) of your commission.

➠ The final product will be sent via Email or Google Drive. This is done in order preserve the original quality of the illustration.


❝ REFUNDS ❞➠ You can request a refund if the drawing is still in the “sketch” phase. Once the “lineart” phase starts, you will not be able to request a refund.

Términos y condiciones del servicio

❝ GENERAL ❞➠ Si desea un tipo de comisión diferente que no está presente en los ejemplos, envíame un DM y podemos negociarlo➠ Al contratarme, usted está aceptando haber leído todos los términos y condiciones del servicio que se muestran a continuación, y estar de acuerdo con estos mismos.

➠ Me reservo el derecho de rechazar su encargo, si no me siento cómodo o si no puedo trabajar en él.


❝ PAGO Y TARIFAS ❞➠ Los precios que se muestran en el apartado de servicios están establecidos para comisiones de uso personal y se encuentran en dólares.

➠ El pago total se realiza por adelantado para comenzar a trabajar con su encargo.
En el caso de una comisión que sobrepase los 200 usd, se pueden negociar pagos parciales

➠ Se podrá aplicar un impuesto en función de la complejidad de la obra.

➠ El precio por personaje extra será el doble del precio base del encargo solicitado

➠ Cualquier edición se puede hacer durante la fase de boceto, lineart y colores base. En caso de solicitar algún cambio en la ilustración después de que empiece a colorear, cada cambio tendrá un costo adicional dependiendo de la complejidad de lo que desea cambiar.

➠ Si necesita su comisión con anticipación o para un dia especifico, se le podrá incluir un coste adicional dependiendo de la fecha y comisiones en las que me encuentre trabajando, así como de mi disponibilidad.


❝ USO Y DERECHOS DE AUTOR❞➠ Como artista, sigo teniendo los derechos sobre mis obras; esto incluye poder publicar la obra en mis redes sociales, estén o no terminadas, añadirlas como parte de mi portfolio, etc.

➠ Si desea que se mantenga en privado el proceso de la obra, así como su publicación hasta una fecha en específico, es necesario mencionarlo. En caso de que quiera mantener completamente privada la comisión, se le aplicará una tarifa equivalente al doble del precio total de su comisión.

➠ Está permitido:
Publicar y usar el dibujo (como icono, banner. etc) siempre y cuando se me acredite OBLIGATORIAMENTE.
Imprimirlo en papel u objetos ÚNICAMENTE para USO PERSONAL.

➠ Está totalmente prohibido hacer lo siguiente con mi arte:
Editar/modificar
Recolorear, calcar o copiar
Utilizar IA sobre el dibujo
Eliminar la marca de agua
Usarla para otros fines que no se hayan discutido anteriormente
Utilizarla para NFT, criptomonedas y relacionados

➠ Mi trabajo es sólo para uso personal o privado, lo que significa que no permito que mi arte sea utilizado con fines comerciales o lucrativos no autorizados. Si desea poseer los derechos del dibujo para uso comercial, continúe al apartado de “uso comercial”.

En caso de incumplir con los términos y condiciones del servicio, se le incluirá en una lista negra y no volveré a trabajar con usted.


❝ USO COMERCIAL ❞Tenga en cuenta que al comprar el uso comercial de la ilustración, se multiplicará al valor final de la comisión.

➠ En caso de que quiera mantener completamente en privado un encargo, se le aplicará una tarifa.

❝ PLAZOS Y ENTREGA ❞➠ Puedo tardar hasta 6 meses o más en completar el encargo dependiendo de la complejidad del mismo. Ten paciencia.

➠ Usted recibirá una versión con fondo transparente (PNG) y una versión con fondo plano de color al gusto (JPG) de su encargo.

➠ El producto final será enviado vía correo electrónico o Google Drive. Esto para preservar la calidad original de la ilustración.


❝ REEMBOLSOS ❞➠ Puedes solicitar un reembolso si el dibujo aún está en fase de boceto. En cuanto se inicie la fase de lineart, no podrás solicitar un reembolso.

➠ En caso de que no pueda continuar trabajando con tu encargo, se realizará un reembolso completo
